Holistic Therapy

You might have a million things on your mind but struggle to figure out where to start. Maybe you procrastinate, feel disorganized, or have difficulty following through on things that are important to you.
You may find yourself overthinking conversations, questioning your decisions, or feeling like everyone else has figured out something that you're still trying to understand.
ADHD can affect more than focus and productivity. It can influence your emotions, relationships, confidence, and ability to navigate the responsibilities that come with adulthood.
Therapy can help you understand how ADHD shows up in your everyday life, work through anxiety and self-doubt, and develop practical strategies that work with your brain rather than against it.
Areas we may work on include:
-
ADHD and executive functioning
-
Procrastination, motivation, and feeling overwhelmed
-
Anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt
-
Emotional regulation and stress management
-
Relationships and communication
-
Self-esteem and confidence
-
College, career, and life transitions
-
Developing routines and strategies that support your needs
Our work may include traditional therapeutic approaches like CBT and mindfulness, along with practices that help you become more aware of the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and body.
The goal Is to help you better understand yourself, build tools that support your nervous system, and develop a relationship with yourself that feels more grounded and trusting.
You’re allowed to take your time finding your way.
You don’t need to know exactly what you want, where you’re going, or who you’re becoming before you begin therapy.
You just need a place to start.
If ADHD, anxiety, overthinking, and/or self-doubt are getting in the way of feeling like yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.
